Перспективы дальнейшего развития сотрудничества вице-губернатор Приморского края Александр Лось, сегодня, 29 августа, обсудил с представителями делегации Чрезвычайных и Полномочных Послов стран Латинской Америки в Российской Федерации. Вице-губернатор отметил, что Приморье выступает за максимально полное сотрудничество со странами Латинской Америки. «Культурное сотрудничество между нами уже налажено, нельзя останавливаться на достигнутом. Важнейшими направлениями сотрудничества должны стать экономика и торговля. Все данные об имеющемся взаимодействии свидетельствуют о том, что потенциал для этого накоплен огромный», - отметил Александр Лось. Гости Приморья признали, что Владивосток является настоящей жемчужиной тихоокеанского побережья. По их мнению, город значительно преобразился в последнее время – условий для вхождения на его территорию представителей иностранных государств, в том числе бизнеса, стало гораздо больше. «Два года назад в городе стал проходить фестиваль «Дни Латинской Америки». Это та дверь, которую мы открыли в Приморье и которая позволит укрепить наши взаимоотношения. Владивосток может стать логистическим центром, связующим Латинскую Америку и АТР. Нас объединяет Тихий океан, поэтому регион должен стать именно тем местом, где мы можем встречаться», - отметил Посол Мексики Рубен Альберто Бельтран Герреро. Одним из конкретных предложений дипломатов стала необходимость создания во Владивостоке рабочего органа, который смог бы оперативно проконсультировать представителей Латинской Америки по вопросам сотрудничества в различных областях. Александр Лось данную идею поддержал. С предложением создать рабочую группу из числа представителей профильных департаментов Администрации он намерен напрямую обратиться к главе края. «Сейчас самое время создавать рабочие механизмы, которые позволят воплотить наши намерения в конкретные формы», - подчеркнул он. Затронув тему поставок в Приморский край сырья и продовольствия – мяса, фруктов, овощей – Посол Эквадора Патрисио Альберто Чавес Савала отметил, что качество продукции и опыт в области экспорта стран Латинской Америки свидетельствует о серьезности их намерений. 15-18 сентября в Москве состоится 23 Международная выставка продуктов питания и напитков. Послы предложили представителям приморского бизнеса посетить мероприятие и ознакомиться с предложениями латиноамериканских поставщиков продуктов питания. English version Latin Americans “opened the door” to the Primorsky Territory The Vice-Governor of the Primorsky Territory Alexander Los, today, August, 29, discussed the perspectives of the future cooperation with the representatives of the delegation which consist of the Ambassadors Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Latin America countries in the Russian Federation. The Vice-Governor noted that Primorye stands for the fullest cooperation with the Latin America countries. “The cooperation in culture between us is already established, and it is necessary no to be ready for the rest. The most important directions for the cooperation should become economy and trade. All existing data on cooperation indicates that the big potential for this purpose is accumulated” – Alexander Los noted. The guests of Primorye recognized that Vladivostok is the real pearl of the Pacific seaboard. They think that the city significantly transformed for the last time – a number of conditions for foreign representatives, including business, entering to its territory, increased. “Two years ago festival “Latin America Days” started in the city. It is the door which we opened in Primorye and which will allow strengthening of our relations. Vladivostok may become a logistics center connecting the Latin America and the Asia-Pacific Region. We are united by the Pacific Ocean, so the region shall become the particular place where we can meet” - H. E. Rub?n Alberto Beltr?n Guerrero, the Ambassador of the United Mexican States noted. One of the specific proposals of the diplomats was the necessity of working institute creation in Vladivostok, which will be able to consult representatives of the Latin America on the cooperation matters in different spheres. Alexander Los supported this idea. He wants to address the proposal to create working group from the representatives of specialized Departments of the Administration directly to the Head of the region. “It is the high time to create working mechanisms which will allow materialization of our intentions to the concrete forms” – he underlined. Bringing up the theme of feed and provisions supplies to the Primorsky Territory – meat, fruits, vegetables – Patricio Alberto Ch?vez Z?vala, the Ambassador of Ecuador noted that quality of products and exportation experience of Latin America countries testifies to seriousness of intention. The 23rd World Food Expo in Moscow will be held September 15-18. The Ambassadors offered the representatives of business of Primorye to visit the event and to study Latin America food suppliers suggestions.
