Директор департамента международного сотрудничества и развития туризма Приморского края Алексей Старичков встретился с генеральным менеджером департамента глобального бизнеса компании SK Chemicals (Республика Корея) Ким Дэ Су. Стороны обсудили ход формирования в Приморье нефтехимического кластера и возможность участия в этом корейского холдинга. Как сообщил Алексей Старичков, якорным проектом будущего кластера в Партизанском районе станет предприятие «ВНХК». Кроме того, администрация Приморья совместно с крупнейшим мировым девелопером – сингапурской корпорацией Jurong – сформирует рядом с заводом «ВНХК» площадку, создающую продукцию последующей переработки нефтепродуктов. «Нефтехимическая отрасль наряду с логистикой и сельским хозяйством – одна из наиболее перспективных отраслей сотрудничества Приморья со странами АТР. А проект нефтехимического кластера в регионе курирует лично глава края Владимир Миклушевский», – отметил Алексей Старичков. Он также сообщил, что для резидентов нефтехимического кластера будут созданы лучшие экономические условия, инфраструктура, а также особый режим налогообложения и таможенный режим. Господин Ким Дэ Су, в свою очередь, отметил, что сегодня компания SK Chemicals намерена расширять свой бизнес, создавая производства на Дальнем Востоке России, и нефтехимический кластер в Приморье – подходящая площадка для их целей. «Мы намерены стать резидентами приморского нефтехимического кластера», – заявил Ким Дэ Су. Он сообщил, что SK Chemicals сегодня является одной из крупнейших южнокорейских компаний в области химической промышленности и производства пленок, а также занимает лидирующие мировые позиции по производству полиола, пропиленовых оксидов и полиуретана. В Приморье, в частности, SK Chemicals намерен производить продукцию, востребованную в автомобилестроении. Алексей Старичков отметил, что в Приморье на базе предприятие «Соллерс» к 2016 году планируется производить 75 тысяч автомобилей ежегодно. Также на базе предприятия будет идти производство автокомпонентов. Кроме того, в 400 километрах от Приморья расположен мировой лидер по автопроизводству – китайский город Чаньчунь. Здесь производится более миллиона автомобилей в год. «Все это открывает большие возможности для сбыта вашей продукции, которая будет производиться в Приморье», – подчеркнул директор департамента. Alexey Starichkov noted that on the basis of Sollers company it is planned to manufacture 75 thousand of motor-cars per year by 2016.
